1240 Door Selector Device 

An economical controlling device designed for use on medium/low usage pairs of doors with overlapping astragals or rebated door styles to ensure the inactive leaf closes first when door closers have been fitted. 

1240 - Single Arm is a controlling device for double doors with overlapping astragals to ensure inactive door closes first. The 1240 is non-handed and approved for use on fire rated doors. 

1250 Door Limiter Stay 

A commercial grade door stay designed to limit door travel where a traditional door stop/holder is either inappropriate or impractical.

503 Floor Spring 

A reliable commercial grade double action floor hinge. Ideally suited for commercial kitchens and dividing doors for bars, hotels and any door that requires a double action swing operation.
The 503 is placed in the bottom of the door which eliminates the need of cutting or presetting of concrete floors.
